Terms of Service

1. Service and contact

Velyquo AI helps users create concepts, scripts, scenes and AI-generated video clips and combine clips into downloadable videos. Questions about these Terms may be sent to efoyta2009@gmail.com.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to use Velyquo AI.
• You must provide accurate account information, keep your login details confidential and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access.
• You are responsible for activity through your account. You may not share, sell, transfer, automate access to or create accounts to evade limits or restrictions.
• We may ask you to verify account information when reasonably necessary for security, support or legal compliance.

3. Free, Basic and Pro plans

Velyquo AI offers a Free plan and paid Basic and Pro subscriptions. Each plan includes the features and video-clip allowances shown in the app at the time of use. Plan allowances reset according to the periods stated in the app, and unused plan allowances do not carry forward unless expressly stated. A submitted generation may be queued while capacity is available; failed clips do not count against a plan allowance. We may reasonably change future plan features or limits, but will not remove paid access already owed for a current billing period without an appropriate remedy required by law.

4. Basic and Pro subscriptions

• Basic and Pro are recurring subscriptions billed at the price, currency and interval displayed before you confirm checkout. Applicable taxes and payment details are shown during checkout.
• Pro may be offered monthly or yearly. The current yearly offer is labelled “2 months free” because its displayed annual price equals ten monthly Pro payments.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. Stripe processes payment using your chosen method; Velyquo AI does not store your full card details.
• You can manage or cancel through Profile → Manage subscription. Unless mandatory consumer law gives you an earlier right or remedy, cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period and paid-plan access remains available until then.
• If payment fails, access may be limited or returned to Free after any applicable grace period. You remain responsible for amounts validly due.
• Any price change applies only after reasonable advance notice and, where required, your consent. Statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund and consumer rights are not limited by these Terms.

5. One-time Pack

• The One-time Pack is a one-time payment for 25 video clip credits. It is not a subscription, does not renew automatically and does not change your Free, Basic or Pro plan.
• Pack credits expire 90 days after purchase. Unused credits cannot be used after their expiry date.
• Your available daily and monthly plan allowance is used first. Pack credits are used only after the applicable plan allowance is exhausted.
• A pack credit reserved for a generation is returned if that generation fails or is cancelled. A successfully generated clip uses one pack credit.
• Your mandatory rights under Norwegian and EU consumer law, including any applicable cancellation, withdrawal and refund rights, remain fully available. Nothing in these Terms makes the One-time Pack non-refundable where the law gives you a refund or other remedy.

6. Your content and AI-generated output

• You retain any rights you already hold in ideas, prompts, files and other content you provide. You give us the limited permission needed to host and process that content to operate, secure and support Velyquo AI.
• Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use and download output generated for you. AI output may not be unique; other users may receive similar material.
• AI can produce inaccurate, unexpected, biased, offensive or rights-infringing output. You must review output before publishing or relying on it and are responsible for your use, edits, disclosures and distribution.
• We do not guarantee that output is factually correct, lawful for a particular use, non-infringing, commercially suitable or eligible for intellectual-property protection. Obtain professional advice where appropriate.

7. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use Velyquo AI to create, upload, request or distribute:

• content or activity that is illegal, fraudulent, threatening, harassing, hateful, discriminatory or that promotes violence or criminal conduct;
• child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery or sexual exploitation;
• content that infringes privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark or other rights, including impersonation or deceptive deepfakes;
• malware, scams, spam, phishing, credential theft or instructions intended to facilitate serious wrongdoing;
• another person's sensitive or personal data without a lawful basis and necessary permission; or
• attempts to bypass safeguards, quotas, security, payment controls or access restrictions, disrupt the service, scrape it at scale or reverse engineer protected parts.

You must comply with applicable laws and platform rules when publishing generated content.

8. Availability and changes

We aim to keep Velyquo AI available, but AI providers, hosting, networks and payment services may be delayed, interrupted or unavailable. Generation times and results vary. We may maintain, update, suspend or discontinue parts of the service for security, legal, technical or business reasons. Where required for paid users, we will provide notice and any remedy mandated by consumer law. Please keep copies of important downloaded content.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Velyquo AI at any time and may request account deletion as explained in the Privacy Policy. We may restrict, suspend or terminate access where we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or law, created risk or harm, failed to pay, abused limits, or threatened service security. When appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to correct the issue. Immediate action may be taken for serious or urgent risks. Terms that by nature should survive termination—including payment obligations, responsibility for content, liability limits and dispute provisions—remain effective.

10. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory Norwegian or EU consumer rights. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Velyquo AI is not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, loss caused by your unlawful or improper use, third-party services outside our reasonable control, or your failure to review or back up content. Where liability may lawfully be limited, our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid Velyquo AI during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where mandatory law requires otherwise.

11. Norwegian law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by Norwegian law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections under the law of your country of residence. Disputes should first be raised with us at the contact email above so we can try to resolve them. You may also use applicable consumer complaint bodies and bring proceedings in any court available to you under mandatory consumer law.

12. General terms and changes

If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or these Terms without our consent; we may transfer the service and these Terms as part of a lawful business reorganisation while preserving your mandatory rights. We may update these Terms for legal, security or service changes. Material changes will be communicated appropriately before they take effect.
